Vitalii Lebedev — Founder of TechnoScout
Vitalii Lebedev is an engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in STEM and STEAM education, vehicle design, and motorsports engineering.
Over two decades, he has created and launched into production dozens of innovative machines, including tricycles, motorcycles, ATVs, amphibious all-terrain vehicles, trailers, and snowmobiles. He is also the founder of Cuyahoga Motors, where he developed a line of engines now used in TechnoScout’s training machines.
Vitalii holds 5 patents in snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle engineering and has designed more than 60 models of go-karts, mini bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, and custom electric transport.
With TechnoScout in Solon, Ohio, his mission is to inspire the next generation of engineers through hands-on learning. Children explore robotics for kids, go-kart lessons, ATV training, mini bike classes, snowmobile education, and engineering workshops in a safe and exciting environment.
The club also offers a variety of community-focused programs, including after-school programs in Ohio and birthday parties in Solon. Each activity blends mechanical skills, driving safety, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Parents describe TechnoScout as a one-of-a-kind kids engineering club in Ohio, where learning goes beyond textbooks and screens, giving children real machines, tools, and experiences.
Vitalii believes every child can become an innovator, creator, and future engineer — when given the right environment, mentorship, and opportunities.
