A Different Kind of STEM Education
Unlike traditional classroom-based STEM programs, TechnoScout focuses on real mechanical systems and real-world applications.
Students do not simply watch demonstrations or assemble small models.
They work directly with actual mechanical components and vehicle platforms under instructor supervision.
The goal is to build true system understanding, not memorization.
Program Format
- Open enrollment year-round
- Two classes per week
- Small group instruction
- Hands-on training
Tuition Options:
- 1.5-hour sessions — $299 per month
- 1-hour sessions — $199 per month
Annual Membership Fee: $79.90
What Students Work With
Throughout the program, students gain exposure to multiple types of mechanical systems, including:
- Go-karts
- Mini bikes
- ATVs
- Snow vehicles
- Electric and gasoline-powered training rail systems
- Small internal combustion engines
- Mechanical assemblies and rotating components
Students learn core principles such as:
- Engine fundamentals
- Drive systems
- Brake systems
- Steering and suspension basics
- Bearings and motion mechanics
- Basic electrical systems
Driving elements are limited and carefully supervised.
The primary focus is mechanical understanding and engineering thinking.
Building Confidence Through Engineering
Early hands-on exposure to machines helps children:
- Develop spatial reasoning
- Improve concentration and discipline
- Gain confidence using tools
- Build responsibility and safety awareness
The program creates a strong technical foundation that supports future STEM education and advanced vehicle training programs.
Enrollment Now Open
Families in Solon and surrounding communities are invited to enroll.
Due to the small-group format, space is limited.
