TechnoScout - Engineering Birthday Party Program

Format

• A unique STEM-based birthday party for children ages 7-14, designed for 6-8 participants.
• Duration: 2 hours
• Cost: $500 (all-inclusive)

Educational & Fun

This is not just a party - it's an engaging educational experience! Children explore real machines, learn engineering concepts, and participate in interactive, age-appropriate technical activities. Driving is optional, limited in time, and closely supervised.

Program Structure

1. Introduction & Safety Briefing (10-15 min)

• Welcome and team formation
• Safety rules and expectations
• Overview of the tools and equipment

2. Engineering Workshop (30-40 min)

• Hands-on exploration of vehicles (go-kart, mini bike, electric car, etc.)
• Learning about mechanical systems and design
• Team challenges and STEM puzzles
• Tool use (manual, non-operational systems only)

3. Controlled Test Drives (20-30 min)

• One participant at a time
• Helmets, gloves, and safety gear required
• Low-speed operation only, on closed and padded track
• Constant supervision by instructor
• Others rotate between activities or observe

4. Awards, Photos & Social Time (15-20 min)

• TechnoScout photo zone with real equipment
• Each child receives a commemorative STEM certificate
• Optional snacks/cake (parent provided)
• Informational handout for parents about the club

Safety First

• No free riding; all movement is guided
• One-on-one supervision during vehicle operation
• Weather-dependent - no outdoor rides in unsafe conditions
• Pre-check of all vehicles and equipment
• Waivers required for each participant
